Raffy is a committed public affairs professional with experience across parliamentary engagement, policy research, and community advocacy. He currently works in Public Affairs Support at the Holocaust Educational Trust, where he contributes to policy development, communications, and educational projects that strengthen understanding of the Holocaust and its contemporary relevance. His work has included supporting significant events in Parliament, including commemorations of the Nuremberg Trials, and engaging constructively with parliamentarians and community leaders from across the political spectrum.
Raffy has previously held roles that reflect his strong interest in national security, foreign policy, and international affairs. He served as Parliamentary Officer at Conservative Friends of Israel, working closely with MPs and peers to promote informed debate and strengthen bilateral relations. He has also contributed to national security discussions as a member of the Youth Advisory Group with Counter Terrorism Policing, advising on issues related to public safety in partnership with the Ministry of Defence and the Home Office.
Alongside his UK based work, Raffy has gained international experience as a Researcher at ITSS Verona and as a Research Intern at the Global CT Institute. These roles allowed him to deepen his expertise in counterterrorism policy, global security challenges, and international cooperation.
