Councillor Elliot Simberg has represented Mill Hill and Hale Ward as a Conservative councillor since 2018. He is a dedicated advocate for the community and works hard to support residents, protect local services, and ensure Mill Hill remains a great place to live.
Elliot plays an active role on Barnet Council, serving on both the Planning Committee and the Pension Fund Committee. His work includes scrutinising planning applications to protect the character of Mill Hill and overseeing the responsible management of the council’s pension fund. He has previously served as Vice Chair of the Pension Fund Committee, demonstrating his experience in governance and financial responsibility.
Elliot is passionate about improving community spaces and supporting local projects. He has been closely involved with the creation of the Barnet Memorial Woodland, a peaceful area for remembrance that strengthens Mill Hill’s green environment. He also has a long standing interest in education and youth engagement, having previously served as a school governor and supported initiatives that help young people thrive.
