David has lived in north London since 1988, in Tottenham, Muswell Hill and Highgate before moving to East Barnet in 2021. He has been extensively involved in community groups as both a regular volunteer and fundraiser, and also a committee member and chair. This experience, together with his extensive business experience, mean he knows how organisations should be run and how to get things done. Having lived many years over the border in Haringey, David knows how bad things can get if Labour are left in charge of a borough for too long!
David has spent his entire professional career working in marketing, strategy and business development roles for global publishing businesses. For the past 20 years he has led the marketing of two of the world's leading medical journals.
