Nicole has been an active member of the Conservative Party since 2017 and has served as an officer of Hendon Conservatives since 2018. She currently holds the position of Chairman, contributing to the development of local campaigning and membership across the association. In 2021 she was elected in a council by election in East Barnet, winning by 292 votes and taking a seat from Labour. She later stood as the Conservative candidate for Brunswick Park in 2022.
Alongside her local political work, Nicole plays a national role within the party. She serves as Head of Digital for the Conservative Women's Organisation, where she supports engagement and communication across the network. She also previously served as Chairman of Conservative Young Women, helping to elevate the voices of young women within the Conservative movement.
Nicole is committed to education and community service. She is Vice Chair of Governors at Clarion, formerly Whitefield School, in Cricklewood, as well as Meryfield Community Primary School in Borehamwood. She has served both schools since 2020, supporting their development and strategic leadership.
Professionally, Nicole works as Lead Product Owner for Marketing Automation at Bauer Media Outdoor. She focuses on delivering marketing applications, including HubSpot and websites, for thirteen European marketing teams, ensuring high quality digital tools that support effective communication and growth.
