Planning Enforcement

After a lengthy investigation by CAFT, a landlord guilty of breaching a planning enforcement notice was ordered to pay a record fine of £700,000 to Barnet Council.

If you are concerned about a planning application in your area, you can check to see if one has been made on Barnet Council’s website. You can report any concerns, which will be investigated by a planning enforcement officer. If you are not satisfied with the decision of the enforcement officer, please contact us for advice.
